Our Women in Golf initiative

Over the past 20 years, Golfbreaks have become one of the world’s largest and well-established golf travel companies known for delivering outstanding choice, value, and service.

In 2019, we launched our Women in Golf initiative being the only tour operator to sign the R&A Women in Golf Charter and cementing our commitments as a company to growing the women’s game.

We have always been devoted to creating tailor-made golf breaks and recently we began focusing our efforts on researching what female golfers want from their golf trips, so that we can give them exactly what they’re looking for.

Whether it’s a weekend away to a UK luxury golf & spa resort, or further afield to enjoy some sunshine in stunning golf destinations such as Turkey for the annual ladies trip, Golfbreaks have got you covered.

The women at Golfbreaks

Golfbreaks headquarters is home to inspiring women across different departments, with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the game.

Our Tournaments Team, Katie Burman, Dolores Brown, and Kelly Tidy all have a comprehensive background in golf, starting from a young age, playing the highest level and competing in world-class tournaments.

From beginners to more experienced female golfers, we have a close-knit community of women who are extremely passionate about the sport and are eager to share their skills and experiences. Including our Email Marketing Executive, Emily Browning fell in love with the sport and hopes to see more women in the company get involved.
